Role Overview: We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Engineer to join our energetic team to work with one of our clients onsite in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and be comfortable and confident in a range of Windows technologies.

We will be joining a team of engineers already implementing the Win 11 rollout, therefore you will be required to integrate quickly to complement the team. As you will be assisting end-users, excellent communication skills – spoken, written and interpersonal are required as is the need to be on-site on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Adherence to documented operational procedures for both PC & laptops
n
- Experience in dealing with and assisting end-users who are not IT literate
n
- Knowledge and experience across Windows OS, O365, Sharepoint, Teams etc.

- Solid understanding of Windows desktop and basic server environments

About You

- 3+ years in a service desk or technical support role
n
- Experience in Win11 rollout
n
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently
n
- A genuine passion for delivering quality customer support
n
- Excellent comms
n
