Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough is an 85‐bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care within a supportive, caring community. We're seeking a compassionate Personal Care Workerto join our team and help residents live with comfort, dignity and respect.

n

Your responsibilities will include

n

In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their daily needs, including:

n

n
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
n
- Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
n
- Maintaining residents' dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
n
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike workplace
n
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
n
- We are looking for team members who are caring, dependable, and aligned with our values.
n

You will ideally have

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards)
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Excellent and compassionate communication skills
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
n
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
n
