Richglen Maintenance Services is a leading maintenance provider supporting mining operations across the Bowen Basin. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Business Partner to lead the development and delivery of our marketing, brand and communications strategy.

n

As a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll partner with leaders across the business to influence how Richglen is experienced by our employees, clients and industry.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead Richglen's marketing and communications strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
n
- Drive internal communications that strengthen employee engagement, culture and connection across the business
n
- Provide leadership to the Social Media & Marketing Planner, guiding digital content, campaigns and brand activity
n
- Influence Richglen's market positioning through tenders, capability statements and business development initiatives
n
- Partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities and deliver impactful marketing outcomes
n
- Use insights and performance data to continuously improve brand awareness, engagement and marketing effectiveness
n

About you

n

You'll be an experienced marketing and communications skilled who enjoys working across strategy, communication and delivery.



You'll be confident partnering with senior leaders, translating business objectives into impactful communication strategies and building a strong brand presence.

n

You'll also have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies
n
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and partnering across an organisation to achieve business outcomes
n
- Strong written communication, storytelling and content development capability
n
- Experience managing digital platforms, social media and brand initiatives
n
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
n
- Experience within mining, construction or industrial sectors will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
