About the company Calleo is partnering with a Federal Government Department to source a Head of Programs to lead a major regional cyber cooperation initiative. This is a high profile role at the centre of Australia's international cyber engagement, working directly with senior government stakeholders.n

About the role
n You will lead strategic delivery of a multi-million dollar, multi-country cyber capability program. The role covers budget and risk governance, delivery partner and stakeholder management, program team leadership, and secretariat support to a Steering Committee, reporting directly to a Senior Executive.

- Lead strategic delivery of the program

- Manage budget, risk and governance frameworks
n
- Build relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders
n
- Lead and develop a program team
n




- Provide secretariat support to the Steering Committee
n

Skills and experiencenn
- Extensive strategic program management in government
n
- Experience with government funded, multi-country programs
n
- Proven contract and budget management at scale
n
- Solid staff and contractor leadership background
n
- High level stakeholder engagement experience, including senior government and international partners
n
