Pay: Above Award – negotiable based on experience

At Dieselflash Whitsundays, we're all about power, performance, and precision. Based in Proserpine, we operate a fully equipped, modern diesel and 4WD performance workshop serving Airlie Beach, Bowen, Mackay, Townsville, and beyond.

- Diesel diagnostics & repairs
n
- 4WD accessory fitting – bullbars, tow bars, winches, snorkels, lighting, and more
n
- Turbocharger upgrades & performance enhancements
n
- In-house dyno tuning and ECU remapping
n
- Volkswagen Amarok, American Truck, Chevy Ram and Ford & common-rail diesel expertise
n

About the Role

n

We're on the hunt for a fully qualified mechanic who's passionate about 4WDs, diesel tuning, and quality workmanship. You'll be working in a clean, modern shop with top-of-the-line equipment and a supportive team around you.

n

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

n

n
- Turbocharger installations & performance upgrades
n




- Suspension setups & custom GVM solutions
n
- Working closely with the dyno & tuning team
n
- Upholding our commitment to top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Trade-qualified mechanic (diesel or light vehicle)
n
- Experience with diesel engines & 4WD setups (preferred)
n
- Confident with diagnostic tools & fault-finding
n
- Keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, passionate team
n
- Positive attitude, pride in your work, and reliability
n
- 4-day workweek – Fridays off, every week
n
- Pay well above the Award – based on experience
