We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation undergoing an exciting period of technology investment and digital transformation. As a result, we're seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives across SaaS platforms, enterprise applications and digital solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple concurrent projects, working closely with technical teams and external vendors, and delivering practical technology outcomes that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver a portfolio of concurrent technology projects across SaaS, cloud and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms.
n
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
n
- Coordinate internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
n
- Manage vendor relationships, Statements of Work (SOWs), project milestones and commercial deliverables.
n
- Oversee technical activities including integration, testing, deployment, go-live planning and operational handover.
n
- Ensure operational readiness through effective support transition, knowledge transfer and early-life support planning.
n
- Monitor project financials, implementation costs and ongoing licensing expenditure.
n
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, financials and delivery progress.
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement by developing repeatable delivery approaches and project standards.
n

About You:

n

We're looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager who enjoys working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS, cloud or COTS technology implementations.
n
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent technology projects.
n
- Strong vendor management and commercial delivery experience.
n
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams including infrastructure, applications, security and service operations.
n
- A solid understanding of the end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle, from planning through to operational transition.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences.
n
- Strong project governance, financial management and risk management capabilities.
n

Highly Regarded Experience in any of the following will be viewed favourably:

- Customer-facing digital platforms

- Mobile application deployments
n
- Multi-site or multi-location technology rollouts
n
