Social Content Creator / Videographer

We're looking for a social-first content creator who understands YouTube, TikTok, Reels, hooks, trends, and attention.

n

This is not a traditional videographer role. This is not a slow corporate content position. And it's definitely not a "just edit what we send you" type of job.

We're a fast-growing agency looking for an A-player who wants to create content that actually drives brand growth.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce content
n
- Create short and long-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other organic channels
n
- Turn raw ideas and moments into engaging, high-retention videos
n
- Develop hooks, recurring formats, and content series
n
- Film founder-led content that feels natural and on-brand
n
- Edit with strong pacing, storytelling, captions, and retention in mind
n
- Capture behind-the-scenes, team, office, and brand-building content
n
- Support client-side videography and editing when needed
n
- Help maintain consistency and momentum across content output
n
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, podcast, and studio equipment
n
- Troubleshoot basic production hardware and tech issues
n
- Help organise filming gear, storage systems, editing setups, and production workflows
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels,



and modern social content
n
- Strong editing instincts for pacing, hooks, captions, and storytelling
n
- Confident filming and directing content
n
- Ability to move quick without sacrificing quality
n
- Strong creative taste and initiative
n
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
n
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows and file management
n
- Comfortable working with cameras, studio equipment, and production tech
n
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware or equipment issues independently
n

Nice to Have

- Experience growing social channels
n
- Experience with founder-led or personality-driven content

- Experience with Sony cameras, drones, or professional video gear
n
- Experience filming client content on-site

- Experience editing ads or branded social content

- Understanding of platform-native content styles

- Basic IT or hardware troubleshooting experience
