Our Town Fencing is looking for a motivated leader to join our Manager in Training program. If you've worked as a 2IC, Team Leader, Supervisor, Department Manager or Coordinator and are ready for more responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

n

Working alongside an experienced Store Manager, you'll gain hands‐on experience across sales, customer service, operations and team leadership while building the skills needed to progress into Store Management.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and store targets.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
n
- Generate new business opportunities and build customer relationships.
n
- Assist with store operations including stock handling, order preparation and housekeeping.
n
- Help maintain store presentation, safety and operational standards.
n
- Lead by example and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
n

n

About You

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in retail, trade or customer service.
n
- Leadership experience in a 2IC, Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role.
n




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
- Experience working toward KPIs and sales targets.
n
- Sound computer and stock management skills.
n
- Physically capable of warehouse duties including packing and loading.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Forklift licence highly regarded.
n
