Based in East Melbourne (on the CBD fringe), RND Lawyers services small, medium and large enterprises as well as private individuals, family groups and corporates, nationally and internationally.

The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a motivated property lawyer/conveyancer with at least three years' experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced directors who provide robust mentorship across property and conveyancing matters.

n

This role will incorporate multiple areas of practice, with a focus on conveyancing/property law. You will handle residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Core responsibilities include:

- Managing client files and progressing matters efficiently
n
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts and property transfers
n
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions
n
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and procedural requirements
n

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 3 years experience.
n
- strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
n
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks.
n
- Capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team as required.
