The Role - Educator

n

This role at our Buderim service is for and Inclusion Support Educator who holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or is actively working towards their Certificate III and is confident and experienced in inclusive practice.

n

As an Educator at Meadow Lane, you will:

n

n
- Support growth and development of children in an inclusive environment
n
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Facilitate children's learning through play-based experiences and daily routines
n
- Work collaboratively with your room team and leaders
n




- Learn and contribute to reflective practice and quality improvement
n
- Be supported with creative, educator-led approaches
n

n

You'll be guided by experienced Lead Educators and supported by our Inclusion and Centre Leadership teams every step of the way.

About You

n

You'll be a great fit it you:

n

n
- Are experienced and passionate about inclusion
n
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, or are currently studying towards it
n
- Have a genuine love of working with children
n
- Are open to learning, feedback and reflective practice
n
- Value teamwork, relationships and open communication
n
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card
n
