We are currently looking for a Executive Sous Chef to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Area Executive Chef, this role will be a pivotal role in driving culinary creativity & innovation, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of world-class menu offerings for our clients.

In this role, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, inspiring your team to achieve the "WOW" in every dish, while maintaining our unwavering focus on safety, quality, and consistency.

Working collaboratively with production, operations, and client teams, you'll design, develop, and showcase innovative, high-quality menus that balance creativity with operational excellence. You'll also lead, mentor, and empower a team of innovative chefs to achieve exceptional results while fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive team culture.

What We're Looking for:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, catering environment and brings both creativity and strong leadership to the role. You'll be confident managing people, processes, and performance — with a focus on excellence, innovation, and collaboration across all aspects of culinary operations.

- 10 + years of experience as a qualified Chef, with a deep understanding of large-scale food production and menu development.
n
- 5+ years in an Executive Sous Chef or senior menu design role, with proven experience in developing and executing high-quality culinary concepts.
n
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced catering production setting, ensuring precision, consistency, and compliance with international standards.

- High level of computer literacy & exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Formal tertiary qualifications in Culinary Arts or a related field.

- Travelling locally and international is part of this opportunity
