As a proud, family-owned business known for our fresh produce and friendly service, we're excited to launch our recent café/restaurant, featuring a full-service menu, espresso bar, handcrafted cakes, and artisan gelati. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a love for quality and creativity.

About the Role
n We're seeking a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to craft a variety of delicious cakes, tarts, biscuits, and desserts. You'll be a key part of our kitchen team, helping to bring our new café vision to life. Early morning shifts and weekend availability are essential.

What We're Looking For

- A formal qualification in Pastry or Baking
n
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar role
n
- A passion for pastry and dessert presentation, flavour, and consistency
n
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
n
- Excellent time management and organisation
n
- A commitment to hygiene and safety standards
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
