As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide variety of commercial HVAC/R equipment across South East Queensland.

n





This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys fault finding, solving problems and building strong relationships with customers.

n

Your day will include:

n

- Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
n
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
n
- Reactive breakdown work
n
- Providing outstanding customer service
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer systems
n
- Working closely with a supportive team that wants to see you succeed
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for knowledge, attitude and capability.

n

The ideal person will have:

n

n
- Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current ARCtick Licence
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Permanent Australian working rights
n
- Strong commercial service and fault-finding experience
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
n

n

Highly regarded but not essential:

n

n
- VRV/VRF experience
n

nn
- Electrical Licence
n

nn
- BMS or controls experience
n
- Chiller or large commercial plant experience
n
