Mercure Wagga Wagga features86 stylish and comfortable hotel rooms andserviced apartments, multiple function spaces, as well as One Morgan St. Bar & Restaurant.

We are looking for a friendly and mature person with exceptional customer service skills to join our Front Office team as a casual Guest Service Agent.

n

What will you do?

n

Welcome guests at the hotel, providing a friendly and personalised guest experience.

n

Coordinate and action guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

n

Attend to booking requests received via email, third-party sites and telephone in a professional and timely manner.

n

Maintain accuracy of guest records, accounts, charges and payments.

n

Organise and execute routine tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

n

Liaise closely with other hotel departments.

n

What experience, skills and attributes will you have?

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task,



prioritise and work comfortably within a fast-paced workplace.

Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Willingness to learn and understand all aspects of the hotel.

n

Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.

n

Current NSW RSA, or ability to acquire.

n

Previous experience using Opera Cloud or having worked in a similar role is advantageous.

n

You must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
