An opportunity exists to join the professional team at Blood Toyota in an Administration role.

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk to join our extremely busy and dynamic team!

n

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations, maintaining employee records, and all accounts payable functions.

n

Immediate start is available and this is a full-time and onsite role

n

The primary functions for this role include:

n

n
- Weekly Payroll processing for 100+ employees
n
- Maintaining employee and payroll records and respond to queries
n
- Set up and maintain supplier records
n
- Processing and reviewing of supplier invoices
n
- Processing payments including ad hoc payments and cheques
n
- Reconciling supplier invoices to supplier statements
n
- Following up missing documents and queries
n

Skills and Experience:

n





The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

n

n
- Qualifications in accounting preferred with bookkeeping qualifications considered
n
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
n
- Experience working with employment awards and timesheets
n
- Knowledge of visa requirements highly regarded
n
- Experience in accounts payable processing
n
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Solid organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
n
- Demonstrate sound computer and spreadsheet skills
n
- Team playerwith awillingness to learn
n
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
