What you'll be doing

n

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a detail-driven, process-savvy Warranty Officer who is ready to take ownership and make a real impact. This is a permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday)opportunity based out of ouroffice.

As a key link between our service departments and major manufactures like Caterpillar, the key responsibilities of this role will include:

n

- Prepare and submit warranty claims for parts & equipment we sell and service
n
- Interpret warranty guidelines accurately to protect our company's interests
n
- Manage goodwill claims and liaise with Caterpillar service representatives
n
- Navigate manufacturer processes with precision and professionalism
n
- Oversee parts returns and rejected claims—ensuring clear justification and timely resubmission
n
- Communicate with manufacturers to resolve issues and share feedback
n
