Work Able Consulting is a leading Occupational Rehabilitation Provider offering a high standard of service throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Our aim is to support and guide injured workers in their efforts to rehabilitate from workplace injuries and facilitate safe and durable return to work programs with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer.

About the Role:

n

As a Rehabilitation Consultant your role will be vital in assisting injured workers return to work in a safe and sustainable manner.

n

Undertake Worksite Assessments and outline pathways for the safe Return To Work of injured workers including the identification of Return To Work barriers and strategies to overcome the same.

n

Design, develop, implement and monitor return to work programs in line with expected recovery time frames.

n

Use your exceptional communication skills to liaise withkey stakeholders including workers, employers, treating practitioners and insurance Agents to assist with Return To Work planning.

About you:

n

You must have an Allied Health qualification in either Physiotherapy,



Occupational Therapy, Osteopath, Chiropractic, Nursing, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling

n

Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills

n

Ability to work in a fast paced and energetic role

n

Exceptional interpersonal skills - demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

n

Current driver's licence and car

n
