Rates: $700-750/day + Super

Duration: Until Jan 2027

Location: Melbourne BD

As a senior member of the Engineering Hub, lead and role model high standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity; manage the allocated resources, budgets, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.

Accountabilities

n

- Lead teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
n
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
n
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs.
n
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process models, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
n




- Facilitate the identification and management of interdependencies across teams within a project and across different projects.
n
- Work closely with the Hub Leads during sprints including discussions around the understanding of designs, backlog and product demonstrations (as required); assist Hub Leads with backlog grooming and prioritisation.

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including building a shared sense of direction, clarifying priorities; identifies and responds proactively to strategic issues impacting the operating workplace.
n
- Lead Scrum teams to achieve continuous, quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes that maximize flow.
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst with Scrum Master Certification - SAFe SASM, or other advanced certification.
n
- Demonstrated skills in sprint planning, implementing cadences, establishing priorities, planning and scheduling releases and meeting deadlines in a large, fast paced Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation.
