n Our Hervey Bay Windows & Doors branch specialises in the fabrication and supply of high-quality aluminium window and door systems for both commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Fabricator to join our team in a full-time, ongoing capacity.

About the Role

n

As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality aluminium window and door systems. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Assembly and Fabrication: Working with aluminium profiles to assemble commercial and residential window and door products
n
- Reading and Interpreting Plans: Accurately understanding technical drawings, measurements, and specifications
n
- Glazing and Sealing: Installing glass, fitting seals, and ensuring a high standard of finish
n
- Quality Control: Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Australian standards and company expectations
n
- Use of Tools: Operating a range of hand and power tools,



including drills, riveters, and grinders
n
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
n
- A current manual driver's licence and reliable transport
n
