We're a small, family-owned workshop in Hendon looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Mechanic to join our team. If you can diagnose issues confidently, work across all makes and models, and enjoy a mix of independent work and teamwork, this role is a great fit.

About the Role

n

You'll handle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of vehicles. You'll work independently day-to-day while also collaborating with the team when needed to keep the workshop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

n

Service, repair, and maintain all makes and models

n

Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently

n

Work both independently and as part of a small team

n

Maintain a clean, secure, and organised workspace

n





Communicate clearly with customers when required

n

Deliver high-quality workmanship consistently

n

About You

n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified mechanic

n

Strong diagnostic skills — must be able to identify issues confidently

n

Comfortable working solo but also able to collaborate when required

n

Honest, reliable, and committed to quality

n

Relevant trade qualification (Cert III Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent)

n
