About the Role

n

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting our sales and operations team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries
n
- Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
n
- Providing product information and helping customers choose the right products
n
- Processing & Packing orders and assisting with order enquiries
n




- Following up on customer requests and resolving issues
n
- Assisting with dealer and trade account enquiries
n
- General administrative duties as required
n
- Working closely with the warehouse and production team to ensure excellent customer service
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Professional phone manner
n
- Strong written communication and email skills
n
- Positive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
n
- Interest in the automotive or 4WD industry is an advantage, but not essential
n

- Monday to Thursday work week (34 hours), 38 hours are available, 6:00am – 4:00pm
