Professional Handyman/Carpenter- Maintenance WODONGA - Government Housing

Our family owned business is based in Seaford and has offices in Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Shepparton, Morwell, Sale, Wangaratta and Wodonga – we are proud of our robust team culture.

Due to a period of growth we are currently looking for our next team member to come on board:

n

Maintenance Carpenter with Professional Handyman Skills - WODONGA

n

*Applicants must currently reside in the Albury/Wodongaregiondue to the geographical natureof the role

n

Role requirements:

n

General Maintenance Carpentry

n

Lock Changes

n

Basic tile replacement

n

Painting skills (highly desirable)

n

Must have own tools

n

The successful applicant will be required to be part of the Company 'After Hours Call Out Roster'

n

This role may also carry out Property Audit functions as a task in the future

Applicants must provide a completed CLEAR Police Check,have a current Manual Drivers licence, Own Tools, White Card or equivalent and will be required to undergo a full medical examination if successful.
