We're looking for a seasoned Test Lead to play a critical role in our enterprise-wide transformation program—a complex, multi-system initiative reshaping how we serve customers and support our frontline teams.

n

In this high-visibility role, you'll drive end-to-end test strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring every release is robust, fit-for-purpose, and ready for real-world operations. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, global teams (Belron), and delivery partners to enable confident go-live decisions while balancing pace, risk, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing across assigned workstreams (SIT, UAT, E2E, regression)

n





Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to delivery milestones

n

Coordinate testing across business users, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators

n

Drive defect management, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking

n

Ensure robust end-to-end validation of customer and operational journeys

n

Monitor and report on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness

n

Embed QA governance, leading test readiness and go/no-go decisions

n

Manage test environments and data to support realistic business scenarios

n

Act as the central point of accountability for testing across stakeholders

n

Champion continuous improvement and test automation
