Your main responsibilities includes:

- Leadership:



Inspiring and motivation a diverse team to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
n
- Restaurant Operations: Managing restaurant operations including order processing, guest service, staff training and rostering.
n
- POS and Admin support: Tracking sales, inventory and generate reports.
n
- Budget and Cost Control: Managing financial performance by optimising costs and monitoring budgets
