Whatu2019s the role?

Split across breakfast and dinner shifts, no two days look the same. Mornings mean crafting quality coffee and serving up a la carte Italian breakfast, while evenings bring cocktails, Italian nibbles and a buzzing dinner service. You will be waiting tables, taking orders, making coffees and drinks, and helping coordinate the floor, each shift fast paced in its own way, all within a fun, hospitality driven environment and a team that feels more like family than coworkers.

What we need from you.

n

- Warm, attentive and full of positive energy
n
- Open to learning and expanding their skills
n




- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
n
- Strong English and communication skills are essential, along with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
n
- A genuine passion for customer service and connecting with guests
n
- Cocktail and coffee experience desirable
n
- Point of Sale (POS) experience desirable
n
