Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Estimator to join our team.

About the Role

n

This is a senior position responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a diverse range of projects. You'll work closely with management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure profitable work while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

n

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation

n

Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations

n





Conduct site inspections when required

n

Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities

n

Liaise with clients during the tender process

n

Assist with project handovers to operations

n

Contribute to business development and identifying new opportunities

n

About You

n

Strong knowledge of mining, industrial, commercial and domestic plumbing

n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n

High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

n
