At Lithgow Physiotherapy, we're looking for an experienced physiotherapist—or someone ready to take the next step—to become the lead clinician in our established Lithgow practice.

This is a little different from the typical private practice role.

n

You'll have genuine autonomy over your clinical work, an established patient and referral base, and the opportunity to become a well‐known and trusted physio within the Lithgow community.

n

You'll work independently day‐to‐day, but you won't be on your own. You'll have regular support, mentoring and clinical oversight from an experienced practice owner.

n

You focus on being a great physio. We'll support everything around you.

You will be trusted to manage your own caseload, develop relationships with local referrers and patients, and shape the way you practise.

Your day, your patients, your clinical decisions

You will manage a diverse private practice caseload including:

- Musculoskeletal conditions
n
- Sports injuries
n
- WorkCover and CTP
n
- DVA
n
- Medicare care plans
n
- Post-operative rehabilitation
n




- Persistent pain
n
- General private patients
n

n

We want you thinking clinically, communicating well and doing what's right for the person in front of you.

We value good outcomes and great patient care over simply chasing numbers.

Who would thrive here?

You don't necessarily need to have "Lead Physiotherapist" on your current job title.

We're more interested in finding the right person.

You might already be a senior physio who's ready for greater independence.
