Call-in Homecare are currently recruiting a Quality Officer for our Perth and Dundee Service. This role will be partially based in Perth, with a requirement to travel to our office base in Dundee.The successful applicants will have a track record in delivering high quality care at home services, be an excellent communicator with a focus on creating positive outcomes of colleagues, staff and service users.

Please note there is an on-call requirement for this post, which attracts additional payments to your basic salary.

Ideally, the candidate will have;
n
n
- Good geographical knowledge of Perth and Dundee.
n
- Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
n
- Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
n
- A valid driving license and own transport is required- with business insurance
n
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this.
n
n
Responsibilities and Duties
n
n
- Client assessments, outcomes based care planning and reviewing
n
- Support and supervision to individual staff and staff teams
n
- Liaising with other health and social care professionals
n
- Participating in the branch's out of hours on-call system (enhanced payment)
n
- Improving the quality of service to service users and staff
