About the Role

n

As a Community Services Support Worker, you'll provide in‐home and community‐based support that empowers people to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

n

Your day may include:

n

- Personal care and daily living support
n
- Domestic assistance
n
- Social support and community access
n
- Shopping and errands
n
- Building meaningful connections with the people you support
n

n

Travel between participants' homes is required, and we aim to allocate participants within your preferred region wherever possible.

n

About You

n

You're someone who genuinely cares about people and believes in rights‐based, person‐led care. You're adaptable,



reliable and confident working with a variety of needs and situations.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
n
- Robust time‐management and organisational skills
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide work rights evidence
n
