What You'll Be Doing

n

- Carrying out on-site building maintenance and repairs (including doors, painting, plumbing, fixtures, and general building works)
n
- Conducting routine inspections and proactively resolving facility issues
n
- Responding to maintenance requests and prioritising work in collaboration with key stakeholders
n
- Sourcing materials and managing day-to-day resource usage
n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards and service agreements
n
- Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes and site reliability
n

What You Bring

n

Essential

n

n
- Australian Citizenship is essential
n
- Willingness to undergo and obtain security clearance
n
- A trade qualification in a relevant area (plumbing, carpentry,



plastering, electrical, etc.)
n
- Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)
n
- Confidence using material handling equipment
n
- Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
n
- Experience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectively
n
- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
n

Desirable

n

n
- Current Forklift, EWP, and/or Overhead Crane licence(s)
n
- Yellow Card certification and Air Conditioning (Refrigerant Handling) qualifications
n
- SAP experience (desirable)
n
