We're seeking an experienced Residential Building Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role suits someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced construction setting.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Produce accurate take-offs and cost estimates
n
- Prepare detailed BOQs and tender documentation
n
- Manage supplier and trade purchase orders
n
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to source accurate pricing for our projects
n
- Manage budgets, variations, and progress estimates throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW building codes
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estimating (single, duplex or medium-density builds)
n




- Strong understanding of NSW construction methods and materials
n
- Proficiency with Databuild and/or Planswift estimating software preferred
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software i.e. excel, Word and Outlook
n
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
n
- Trade background preferred but not essential
n
