We are a Food Manufacturer based in South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne that manufacture & supply Chilled & Frozen, Snacks and Meals to major retail chains & foodservice.

We're currently looking for reliable, energetic Kitchen Hands to join our Kitchen Team.

n

About the Role

n

You'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

n

Reporting to the Kitchen Head, the main responsibilities include but are not limited to

n

helping chefs in preparation of cooking batches

n

mincing & mixing of cooking batches using industrial equipment

n

maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, benches, floors, and storage areas

n

assist with basic food preparation as directed

n

follow food safety and hygiene standards

n

support the team with general kitchen duties as needed

n

The successful applicant must have

n

a positive attitude and willingness to learn

n

ability to work efficiently under pressure

n

valuable communication and teamwork skills

n

availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends

n

previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
