Cabinet Maker / Joiner - Bespoke Luxury Residential (Workshop & Site)

Tuesday morning. On your bench: a curved walnut vanity heading to a Vaucluse master ensuite. The veneer's book-matched and laid, three soft-close drawers, a stone top dropping in next week, drawer fronts that have to land flush across the curve with no visible reveals. The shop drawing's pinned above your station.

Thursday, you're on site in Bellevue Hill fitting it — plus the library wall, a steel-and-oak stair balustrade, and the skirtings that have to die into it all like they grew there.

That's the job. Bench and site. Timber and metal. Start to finish, all of it ours.

We have two roles open and we want both filled now — not in six weeks.

WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO

n

- Fabricate and assemble bespoke joinery — vanities, wardrobes, libraries, kitchens, custom everything
n
- Solid timber joinery, veneer matching, curve work and fine detail
n
- Run the CNC and the rest of the workshop machinery
n
- Fabricate metalwork across a range of metals and finishes,



and formwork for concrete
n
- Install on site — joinery, doors, windows, stairs, balustrades, architraves, skirtings, mouldings
n
- Site install of steel frames, supports, columns and reinforcement where the job calls for it
n
- Keep your kit sharp, your bench clean and your stock in order
n
- Have a say — we ask our tradesmen how the workflow, quality systems and site safety should work, and we act on it

WHO YOU ARE

n

n
- 4+ years in joinery, cabinet making or furniture making, and trade qualified
n
- You read a complex shop drawing and see the finished piece before you cut
n
- Veneer doesn't scare you. Curves don't either
n
- You take pride in joints that don't need hiding
n
- Happy on the bench and happy on site — or honest about which one you're better at
n
- Full Australian working rights, White Card, driver's licence, own transport, own tools of trade
n
- You want to stay somewhere and build something — we're not after a short stint
n
