Dispatch Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor

Moorebank, NSW
n $40 per hour
n 7:00am - 3:00pm (must be available between 5:00am - 5:00pm)
n Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator / Warehouse Supervisor to join their team based in Moorebank.

n

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure orders are delivered in full, on time, and to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules
n
- Track and update job progress using internal systems
n
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times
n
- Plan and manage daily truck loads and workloads
n
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch
n
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and damage-free
n
- Load and unload trucks as required
n
- Book couriers and manage logistics
n
- Maintain a clean,



organised warehouse and yard
n
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
n
- Support the team with general warehouse duties
n

n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or a similar role
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
- Current forklift licence (essential)
n
- Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
n
