Are you passionate about discipling the emerging generation of youth to follow Jesus?

We’re looking for a mature Youth Minister to lead and grow a ministry that evangelises and disciples youth toward a healthy, lifelong journey of loving Jesus, cherishing His church, and living on mission.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Reach and disciple youth
- Equip and develop volunteer leaders
- Invest in growing emerging student leaders
- Partner with parents
- Develop connections with local schools

We have an established Friday night youth program averaging 45 youth each week, a Sunday discipleship program, and a robust existing connection with Wyong Christian Community School (a ministry of WBC).

This position is suitable for someone who is undertaking or completed formal theological training (or who has equivalent ministry experience).

Previous experience leading youth ministry is desirable, but not essential.
