Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Favourable Skills
n
n
- Assisting in maintaining financial accounts and administrative systems to ensure internal and legislative compliance
n
- Accounts payable processing
n
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
n
- Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with legislative instruments including STP filing and superannuation obligations
n
- Providing support and guidance to new and existing staff
n
- General administration duties, including a willingness to embrace job diversity within the role to help the company operate efficiently
n
- Occasionally working additional hours to assist during periods of staff leave, with the potential for the role to transition into a full-time position in the future
n
- Microsoft Office skills
n
- A working knowledge of Capital Business Manager would be advantageous, but not essential
n
n

n
The ideal candidate will:

- Be honest, trustworthy,
and able to maintain confidentiality
n
- Have previous experience in an office and bookkeeping environment, with solid time management and organisational skills
n
- Be highly self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively in a busy and sometimes demanding environment
n
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while remaining focused
n
- Be comfortable embracing technology and contributing to business improvement initiatives
n
- Have a willingness to learn new skills and assist with guided IT-related tasks as required
n
- Be looking for a long-term position
