The Role

n

We are looking for an experienced PDR Technician to join our Sydney reconditioning team. You will be working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment alongside a quality-focused team that takes pride in the finish on every car that comes through the facility. This is a full-time role with stable hours, no weekends, and a clear performance bonus structure tied to your output and quality, so strong technicians earn more.

What You'll Be Doing

- Perform high-quality paintless dent removal across a high-volume vehicle pipeline
n
- Conduct visual inspections and maintain rigorous finish standards on every car
n
- Work closely with the reconditioning, workshop and delivery teams to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the refurbishment pipeline
n




- Take ownership of your workspace and uphold safety and quality benchmarks consistently
n
- Identify and escalation issues that fall outside PDR scope to keep quality and TAT on track
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on PDR experience in a professional automotive setting
n
- Accredited PDR certification
n
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to finish quality
n
- Ability to work at pace without compromising standards in a high-volume environment
n
- Positive, self-directed attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Willingness to undergo a police check (a condition of employment at Cars24)
n

- $60/month phone allowance + $500 annual wellness allowance
