About The Role

n

Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic, located at Sydenham or Altona Clinic in a full time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby west clinics when required.

n

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for

n

n
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
n
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
n
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
n
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
n
- Enter and update patient registration details
n
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
n

n

You Will Have

n

n
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
n
- Eagerness to learn
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
n
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
n
- Experience in a Radiology background,



as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
n
- Drivers license and a car
n
