We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We will consider all Project Manager levels, from entry-level to senior.
n
Position Overview:
n
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in line with our client's strategic objectives. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
n
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
n
n
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in accordance with our clients' requirements.
n
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
n
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
n
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure adherence to allocated funds.
n
- Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality and compliance standards, including relevant regulations.
n
- Project Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project objectives, and coordinate their efforts effectively.
n
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
n
- Change Management: Adapt to changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements while ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
n
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records in compliance with organisational and industry standards.
n

Essential
n
n
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
n
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
n
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- You must have or qualify for a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security clearance (Para Bellum Solutions can facilitate and sponsor clearances up to the NV1 level).
n
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
n
