This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Vulnerability Management Lead looking to lead a technical specialist team while remaining hands-on with client engagements. The role involves managing vulnerability and risk activities, acting as a key point of contact for client cyber queries, and supporting consulting and project delivery initiatives when required.

Responsibilities:
n
n
- Manage and lead the technical specialist team
n
- Own client-facing cyber queries and relationships
n
- Lead vulnerability management, remediation, and risk assessment work
n
- Run VAPT engagements and contribute to project/consulting delivery
n
- Bridge technical delivery with client communication and expectations
n
n
Skills/Must Have:
n
n
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity
n
- Strong hands-on cyber operations background, vulnerability management, remediation, and tooling
n
- VAPT experience
n
- Hands-on experience with Qualys, Tenable, and Burp Suite
n
- Client-facing / consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm
n
- 5–10 years' experience (not seeking 20+ year seniors)
n
n
Desirable Skills:
n
n
- Industry certifications (e.g. CISSP or equivalent)
n
- Penetration testing experience
n
- Exposure to additional security tools (TBC)
n
n

Salary:

- $120,000 – $140,000 package (inclusive of super)
