Compliance and Resource Management Officer

We're a growing RTO under the Amtech Education banner, looking for a detail-driven professional to join our Quality Assurance team. This role sits at the intersection of compliance and quality — keeping our training and assessment resources compliant, current, and fit for purpose.

What You'll Do

n

Content Review, Validation & QA

n

Conduct pre-assessment validation against unit of competency requirements, assessment principles, and VET Regulator Standards

n

Review content for gaps or non-compliance — and deliver explicit, timely feedback

n

Monitor and review Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) for compliance and funding alignment

n

Support audit and ASQA evidence preparation

n

Compliance & Regulatory Support

n

Ensure all resources comply with Standards for RTOs, the AQF, and Queensland funding requirements

n

Maintain compliance records, resource registers, and continuous improvement documentation

n





Stay current with training package and regulatory changes — and act on them

n

Trainer & Assessor Support

n

Maintain the Trainer/Assessor matrix including PD and industry currency documentation

n

Contribute to PD activities that build trainer and assessor capability

n

Who We're Looking For

n

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

n

Experience reviewing and maintaining training and assessment materials in the VET sector

n

Sound knowledge of training packages, Standards for RTOs, and the AQF

n

Assessment validation knowledge and a high level of attention to detail

n

Strong written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

n

LMS experience, AVETMISS knowledge, or background in Queensland funded training

n

Experience supporting internal audits or ASQA reviews

n
