The Role
n
You will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:
n
n
- Divorce and nullity proceedings.
n
- Parenting and children's matters, including complex parenting disputes, relocation, parentage testing, surrogacy and adoption.
n
- Property settlements and financial matters.
n
- Spousal maintenance and child support matters.
n
- Binding Financial Agreements,
Superannuation Agreements and Maintenance Agreements.
n
- Enforcement proceedings.
n
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
n
- Building strong client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
n
- Working collaboratively with Partners and senior lawyers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
- An unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
n
- Strong technical family law knowledge.
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
n
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
n
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
n
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
- An interest in business development and networking.
n
- A positive attitude and a desire to continually learn and develop your career.
