An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Lead to join a major technology transformation supporting the establishment of a new enterprise IT operating model.

n

This senior operational leadership role is focused on service ownership across a complex infrastructure environment, ensuring operational excellence as the organisation transitions into business as usual operations.

n

This is not a project delivery role. Instead, you'll provide operational leadership, manage key technology vendors and take ownership of the ongoing performance and support of critical infrastructure services.

The Role

n

You will take ownership of the organisation's infrastructure environment, partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver reliable, secure and high quality IT services.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own operational delivery across network, cloud, server, storage, backup and recovery, end user computing, voice, print and Azure Entra environments
n
- Manage infrastructure vendors and service partners, ensuring service levels and operational outcomes are achieved
n
- Lead incident, problem and change management activities
n




- Drive operational readiness and service acceptance from project into BAU
n
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities are operational and regularly tested
n
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks and operational standards
n
- Work closely with cyber security teams to support vulnerability remediation and operational resilience
n
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and operational excellence
n

About You

n

- Extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure operations
n
- Strong vendor management and service delivery experience
n
- Experience supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
n
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and operational governance
n
- Experience in complex, highly regulated environments
n
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
n
