Job Description
Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys supporting leaders, keeping teams on track, and making things happen behind the scenes?
n
We're looking for an experienced Team Coordinator to join a cooperative and fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
n If you're proactive, thrive on juggling multiple priorities, and love bringing order to busy schedules, we'd love to hear from you.
n
This a temporary role, 6 months in duration with the possibly of further extension or a similar role within another area of the business.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams.
n
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and manage meeting logistics.
n
- Manage calendars, travel, training bookings and team events.
n
- Support financial administration, including invoice processing, expense reconciliations and purchasing.
n
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems.
n
- Assist with reporting, compliance and general business administration.
n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding support across the business.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to an efficient, well-organised team.
n
n
What you'll bring

- Experience in an administration, executive assistant or team coordination role.
n
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
n
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
n
- A positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to support the wider team.
n
