We're looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our casual team for the Melbourne Royal Show, running Thursday 24 September - Sunday 4 October 2026 . This iconic 11-day event celebrates Victoria's agricultural heritage and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors.

Your Role Will Include

n

- Delivering exceptional customer service to attendees
n
- Supporting operational excellence across areas like gates, info hubs, livestock pavilions, and call centres
n
- Helping create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest
n

What We're Looking For

n

- All applicants must be above 18 years
n
- Able to provide current Working with Children Check Employee Card
n




- Full availability across all 11 days of the show
n
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
n
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
n
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
n
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
