The Hub Preschool & Early Education Academy is currently seeking passionate, degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

n
- Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with children's developmental needs.
n
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
n
- Communicate effectively with families to build solid partnerships.
n
- Promote positive social interactions and guide behaviour constructively.
n
- Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for all children.
n
- Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, children and families.
n

About You:

n
- Degree qualified (3- or 4-year trained) or currently studying towards your Early Childhood Teaching degree.
n
- Current Working with Children Check.
n
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.
n
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Confident in digital programming and documentation.
n
- A motivated, responsible, and team-oriented educator with a genuine passion for early learning.
n
- Previous experience in a long day care setting is desirable but not essential.
n
