With flagship studios across Melbourne, Sydney and New York, the brand is known for delivering premium customer experiences and exceptional craftsmanship.
n As the business continues to expand internationally, an opportunity has become available for an Assistant Accountant to join the Melbourne Head Office and support the day-to-day finance function.
n The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial records are accurate, compliant and up to date while supporting a range of accounting activities across a fast-paced, international business.
n This position offers excellent exposure across the finance function and is ideal for someone looking to continue developing their accounting career within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
n Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
n
- Complete bank reconciliations
n
- Assist with month-end close activities
n
- Support the preparation of indirect tax returns
n

- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
n
- Maintain finance documentation and provide administrative support to the accounting team
n




- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and workflows

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Previous experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar accounting role
n
- Experience with general ledger reconciliations
n
- Exposure to a multi-entity and/or multi-currency environment is highly regarded
n
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
n
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards completion)
n
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
n
