Currently, Harbison is an approved aged care provider, registered NDIS provider, approved childcare provider, retirement village owner, and one of the largest employers in the Southern Highlands. Harbison is governed by a Board of Directors which appoints a Chief Executive Officer who is delegated with day-to-day responsibility for the organisation.

About the role

n

As a Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to older people living in residential aged care, helping them maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life through a reablement-focused approach. In this role,



you will complete functional assessments, deliver rehabilitation programs, support falls prevention, and provide education to residents and care staff. You'll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, an exercise physiologist, and allied health assistants. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working beyond routine assessments and exercise programs, with opportunities to contribute to research, quality improvement, and the development of innovative models of care.
