The Role: Nurturing Growth from Babies to Kinder

We are looking for passionate educators to join us across all age groups-from our babies right through to our four-year-old Kindergarten children. In this role, you will be:

- Creating Safe Havens: Tuning into individual children's needs to ensure every child feels settled, safe, and secure in their workplace.

- Designing Play-Based Programs: Implementing engaging, play-based educational programs tailored to the evolving interests and developmental stages of the group of children you are working with.

- Building Strong Bonds: Fostering intentional, warm, and secure attachments with children and families to make drop-offs calm and welcoming and build trust with children and families.

Compliance & Requirements

To ensure a seamless onboarding process and maintain our high regulatory standards, all applicants must hold and provide evidence of the following compliance documentation:

- Qualifications: An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be an actively enrolled, compliant 'study-towards' applicant).
n
- Working with Children Check: A current, valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n
- First Aid & Safety: Valid HLTAID012 (Provide First Aid in an education and care setting) certificate, inclusive of current CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management training.
n
- Child Protection: Evidence of completed National Child Safety and Victorian Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training.
n
- Background Check: A current National Police Record Check (completed within the last 12 months).
n
- Work Rights: Verified Australian birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid visa with unrestricted work rights.
