Job Description

T2 Tea is seeking a Cluster Manager for VIC/TAS to lead a portfolio of stores with a focus on people leadership and commercial excellence. You will coach Store Managers to create inspiring customer experiences while driving sales and profitability across the cluster.

You will champion retail strategy, elevate customer touchpoints and ensure stores reflect the best of T2. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.
